1 — Accepting These Terms

When you sign up or use our platform, you're agreeing to follow these rules and conditions

1.1 — What You're Agreeing To

Site Rules and Terms acceptance;
Data Protection Policy agreement;
Bonus Rules and Wagering Terms;
Game-Specific Rules and Payout Rates.

Don't agree with something? Then you can't use our services. Keep using the site and we'll assume you're cool with everything here.

2 — Who Can Play Here

You need to be 21+ and legally allowed to gamble where you live. If your country bans online gambling, you can't play here. It's your job to know your local rules.

3 — Managing Your Account

One account per person, address, IP—make duplicates and we'll close them and keep the money
Keep your login info secure and don't let anyone else use your account
You can't sell, transfer, or share your account with other people
Leave your account unused for 12+ months and we'll charge €5 monthly until you come back
We can close accounts that break our rules with reasonable warning first

4 — Taking Breaks from Gaming

Want a break? You can self-exclude from 24 hours up to 6 months through your account settings. No deposits, bonuses, or playing while you're excluded.

5 — Proving Who You Are & Money Laundering Prevention

Photo ID from government (passport, driving license, national ID card);
Address proof from last 90 days (utility bill, bank statement);
Payment verification (card photos, e-wallet screenshots);
Source of funds paperwork for deposits over €2,000.

Don't send us the documents within 30 days and we might suspend your account and block withdrawals until you do.

6 — Money In and Money Out

Deposits usually go through right away. Withdrawals need you to finish identity verification first and can take 1-3 business days. Your balance is real money, not play credits unless we say otherwise.

6.1 — Wagering Rules & Withdrawal Caps

You need to wager deposits at least 1x to prevent money laundering; skip this and pay processing fees
Monthly withdrawal limit is €5,000 for regular accounts, VIP players get higher limits
Withdrawals take 1-3 business days once you've completed document verification
Your money sits in separate accounts from our business funds for protection

7 — Bonus Rules & Promotional Deals

Casino bonuses need 30-35x wagering and you have 30 days to complete them
Sports bonuses require 5x rollover on combined odds of 1.50+ within 14 days
Don't bet more than €5 per spin/hand with bonus money to avoid abuse issues
Weird betting patterns, bonus hunting, or system abuse cancels bonuses and winnings

8 — Placing Bets & Getting Results

Bets are final once you place them. Game results come from certified random number generators. Results are final and can't be disputed after 24 hours pass.

9 — What You Can't Do & Consequences

We'll close accounts, take funds, and report to authorities for: fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, underage play, multiple accounts, or breaking any of these rules.

10 — Our Liability Limits

Baji Casino's responsibility is limited to what's in your account balance. We're not liable for tech problems, internet issues, or losses from stuff outside our control.

11 — Changing These Rules

We might update these terms sometimes with 7 days notice through email and website announcements. Keep using your account after changes means you accept the new rules.

12 — Which Laws Apply & Where Disputes Go

Curaçao and Comoros law governs these terms. Legal disputes get resolved in the courts of those jurisdictions.

Licensing Notice

Baji Casino runs on Curaçao and Comoros (Anjouan) gaming licenses. We don't have local licenses everywhere. Make sure online gambling is legal where you live before you start playing.
